Services
At Lifestyles, we offer an array of services to our families and program participants. These services include Day Habilitation, Respite, Supplemental Day Habilitation (OPTS), Community Habilitation and Employment Options And Services.
Each of these programs is geared toward improving the various aspects of the program participant’s lives. Our three campuses (Willowbrook, The Lifestyles Educational Center and The Lifestyles Abilities Center), and our multiple community locations, give program participants a full array of options and avenues in Day Habilitation, which is our most comprehensive program. The following is a brief synopsis of each of the programs at Lifestyles.
DAY HABILITATION
Ages 21+
Our Day Habilitation program helps adults engage and develop independence through a variety of activities. Individuals can enjoy fine arts, crafting, fitness opportunities, community service, occupational education, and more each weekday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at our Willowbrook Campus and Lifestyles Educational Center.

RESPITE
Ages 21+
Our On the Go respite program allows adults to spend 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday socializing with peers while participating in games, music, cooking, and outings to fun locations throughout the community. Saturday respite sessions take place from October to June, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Meanwhile, occasional day trips, overnight experiences, after-school activities, and summer camp opportunities are also available.

SUPPLEMENTAL DAY HABILITATION (OPTS)
Ages 14-21
Our Supplemental Day Habilitation service can help younger individuals prepare for the transition to adult services. Programs focus on building life skills through unique experiences and activities. Managed by the OPTS Department, it runs on Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and offers free transportation home.

COMMUNITY HABILITATION
Ages 21+
To foster recreational and occupational opportunities, our Community Habilitation program offers personalized support, education, and guidance to help adults become more independent and participate fully in their community. Adults ages 21 and over can work toward personal goals unique to the individual.

EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS AND SERVICES
Ages 21+
Our Employment Options and Services help adults develop career skills and improve their employability, preparing them for paid jobs. Adults already in the workplace, can also benefit from job coaching and retention training to maintain employment, advance into a higher position, or explore other interests.
